The following fic is an entry to the Rukia's B-day contest over at the IchiRuki FC at BA (Check out amy_core 's awesome banner!!!). It's not really much and I did this really, really quick 'cause I'm at work, but I liked the idea.

So the contest is as follows. We are to write a story where Ichigo takes Rukia to a special place from your country, inspired by Koto, for her birthday.  Now, I'm orifinally from New York, but I currently live in a small carribean country called the Dominican Republic. The place I chose is a Monument that is in the center of our city called "Monument to the 30 Heroes of the Restoration" (crappy, very crappy info of it here). The place is very pretty and has an awesome view! Hopefuly I got to capture that in the fic -_-

Anyways, onto the story:

Did Shouka's wife have any other name besides Rose Princess? I am finding it a challenge to find information on this character. I want to create a family scene with her, Shouka, and Shuurie. When I post it I want to use another name other than Rose-Princess, since she was still a prisoner of her family when she went by that name. Thanks in advance

I was going through some pictures when I came across this one from Sakura Con 2008. Basically, my accomplice and I were trying to get to the screening of Mobile Suit Gundam 00 when I happened to come across this site:

I snapped the picture and we ran to the showing, but I have been kicking myself for not getting their names and telling them "well done." I just wanted to share it with you all.

So I was lying in bed thinking about the storyline of bleach after having read a very frustrating comment in a ichihime forum (blah blah blah they're the most canon blah bla-wait WHUT??) and whilst I was mentally typing a very angry response I couldn't help but notice something. Dunno if this idea has been pooled yet, so sorry if I'm stealing.

Does anyone else think that bleach has a lot of elements of shoujo?

And the Nodame Anime

I've been so busy working on various things
that Dec. 30 has snuck up on me. Wa!
I still have to do my New Years cards. Wa---

And in all the middle of all that, I watched the final cut
of the Nodame Anime. Wow. It's really good!
It got me thinking back through the original,
and they've followed it conscientiously.
It makes me so happy!
That it will be the Finale is very emotional.
Also, they've kept Yun Long and Monsieur in.

Kawasumi-san and Seki-san's Nodame/Chiaki
really gets the job done too. It makes me a little sad
to think this is the end....

When the credits roll up and I see the credit
"Coach for Okawa-ben: Megumi Noda"
I always have to laugh. [Apparently the Real Nodame
was involved in the anime production as a coach
for the Okawa dialect. She is from Okawa, after all.]

Everyone please watch it starting in January!

Hello everyone :)

I was looking for a fic I read a while ago (it's been two years or more) on ff.net, and even if I went over half of the fandom last week I still can't find it, so, please, I need you help ! It was written after the SS arc and probably before the HM arc because the author knew Aizen and co. were the evil bad guys but there was no mention of the Arrancars.

It involved your two little lovebirds - oh really? - held captive, separately, in the Hueco Mundo, when Ichimaru (or maybe Aizen) decides to reunite them and force them to make love before their execution. It ended with their death, but, wow, it was so well-written !
My poor summary is far from the original quality of the text, but if you have any clue, I'll take it with joy.
